Joshua D. Xavier is the founding attorney of XAVIER LAW. His practice consists primarily of employment, civil rights, and housing discrimination and retaliation law.
In his role as an employment attorney, Joshua represents employees in all areas of employment law, including, but not limited to, claims relating to wrongful terminations, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, leaves of absences, severance agreements, and unemployment appeals.
